==Plot==
SpongeBob and Sandy are playing [[Karate]]. SpongeBob is carefully going around the house looking for her, until she jumps out. They fight, and have lots of fun. Sandy tells him that she will sneak up on him and fight him tomorrow. SpongeBob thinks anyone or anything can be Sandy, so he is cautious and does not work much. Mr. Krabs demands to know what is going on, so SpongeBob explains to him that he is playing karate. He pronounces it and Mr. Krabs says he should be making him '''money''', with his '''[[spatula]]'''. Therefore, Mr. Krabs tells him to stop playing karate, or he will be fired. Sandy fights him, and SpongeBob tells her that Mr. Krabs will fire him. Sandy does not believe him and then Mr. Krabs cetches Spongebob and fires him (even though he was just standing around). After Sandy explains that it was not Spongebob's fault, Mr. Krabs give Spongebob his job back. And then he tells him: No more karate, its poising your mind. Spongebob and Sandy try to forget karate by going to the park having lunch. Spongebob uses his hands to cut a slice of barnicle loaf, which makes Sandy Remember Karate. They then begin chopping tomatoes, cheese, and lettice to make the sandwiches and begin playing karate again. While Mr. Krabs is taking a walk through the park and sees thing chopped in half and see that Spongebob and Sandy were doing karate, but decides for them to use their karate for entertainment at the Krusty Krab.

*The hot sauce drop is played by Tom Kenny (the voice of SpongeBob and additional characters (i.e., Gary, French narrator, Patchy the Pirate).

==Plot==
It is a very busy day at the Krusty Krab. during this busy time, SpongeBob and visiting neighbor Patrick are playing together while ignoring the angry customers...and Squidward, who begins to argue with them. Finally, Squidward has had it and heads to the kitchen to deal with SpongeBob himself, only for SpongeBob to slam the door open on Squidward. This breaks the face of Squidward, and is soon at the hospital. While there SpongeBob gives Dr. Gill Gilliam an annoyingly dramatic scene. The doctor is able to tell SpongeBob to wait two weeks before Squidward's bandages can be removed. Oddly enough, it seems like two weeks have already passed. SpongeBob is already at the hospital, where he gives an old lady flowers (in which she can't remember what her favorite color of flowers are). Soon, he arrives to Squidward's room. Squidward was able to tell Gill Gilliam that he does not want SpongeBob anywhere near him, which Dr. Gill Gilliam says to SpongeBob, only for him to ignore it. After many tries for the bandages to be removed, only for SpongeBob to interrupt annoyingly, they're removed. The doctor and his nurse faint with glee, but SpongeBob and Squidward are dumbfounded. It turns out that Squidward's injury caused him to become handsome, or a hunk as SpongeBob called him. Soon, all of Bikini Bottom is full of glee and happiness due to Squidward's new face. In fact, it causes a few fish to become better or receive some of their mobility back! (one old lady, not the one SpongeBob saw earlier, was able to walk again after being in a wheelchair...all thanks to Squidward!) Squidward soon obtains a limo, and with SpongeBob, sighs in happiness over his new found fame...for now. Not long after he gets home, everyone in the city crowds around his house, and remain there the whole night. The next morning, they still want him to come out, and he does. As a result, everyone jumps on Squidward, where he's able to escape back into his house. Not long after, his shirt and his Clarinet are stolen. This also adds to the fact that Squidward has no privacy when doing things such as taking a bath. After this, Squidward is tired of the fame, and runs to the Krusty Krab to get SpongeBob for help. With everyone in the city just outside of locked doors that were locked as such due to Mr. Krabs, for some reason, SpongeBob continues to smack the door into Squidward to repeat the very incident that caused Squidward to become handsome in the first place. It does not work, but instead, causes Squidward to become even more handsome. Soon, SpongeBob spots a shoe, (which came off the foot of a fish when Squidward caused him to fly earlier), smash through the roof and moves directly toward Squidward. There is a slow motion scene of SpongeBob pushing Squidward out of the way of the shoe (the shoe hitting SpongeBob and ultimately causing no injury whatsoever) and into a support column of the building. The end result causes Squidward's face to return to normal. Mr. Krabs is upset over the departure of everyone, and tries to get Squidward's face back to its handsome look, but is unsuccessfull.

*The song SpongeBob and Patrick sing is in the tune of "Mary had a Little Lamb".
*This is one of the only episodes where SpongeBob and Squidward actually act as close friends.
*This is the second the Bikini Bottomites were chanting outside Squidwards house. The first was [[Christmas Who? (Episode)|Christmas Who?]]
*Squidward was so handsome that miracles happened: he made a man fly, he made a blind [[Harold]] see again, he made Mary stand-up and walk again.

Patrick: WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO?!

SpongeBob: Hmmmm.... have we ever dug a tunnel BETWEEN our two houses?

Patrick: No. (both start digging tunnels underground. At one point, the tunnel says "Eat at Krusty Krab". Patrick digs through SpongeBob's tunnel) SpongeBob!

SpongeBob: Patrick! We did it! Hurray! Tag! You're it! (both start giggling and playing Tag)

Patrick: Tag! You're it!

SpongeBob: Tag! YOU'RE it!

Squidward: (sleeping in his house)

SpongeBob: Peek-a-boo! I see you!

Patrick: (laughs)

Squidward: (fluffs pillow and falls asleep, but is woken up by sounds)

Squidward: (rips pillow with his head and gets gelatin from the kitchen) Must...block...out...noise! (puts gelatin on head and sits back down on couch)

Patrick: Knock-knock!

SpongeBob: Who's there?

Squidward: (gelatin melts on Squidward's head. Squidward steps outside) I thought I told you two, stay off my...yard. (finds yard empty. He hears a laugh and comes to Patrick's rock) Patrick! (opens the rock up) Patrick, would you shut- (finds house to be empty) Where is he? (hears another laugh. Heads to SpongeBob's house) SpongeBob. (opens door) SpongeBob! (hears another laugh. The house is empty) SpongeBob, I am trying to...sleep. (hears another laugh. He heads upstairs, hearing laughter as he searches the house. Then goes to the roof) AH-HAAAAA! (sees Gary relaxing) Hey, Gary.

Gary: Meow.

Squidward: Where are those two morons? (sees flowers giggle, and uproots them all. Squidward hears more laughter, which annoys him. He stomps on the ground) WHERE-ARE-THEY?

SpongeBob: (laughs) OOHHH. Patrick, check out those roots!

Patrick: They're dancing!

SpongeBob: Do like the roots do, and do the Dirt Dance baby! (jumps up and down in the tunnel, which causes the ground above to shake, and Squidward's house to sink to the ground as a result)

Patrick: Squidward's house wants to play, too!

Squidward: My house! (gets in the house via roof. He goes down to the door, making a sound)

SpongeBob: Awww. Squidward's house looks like it has an upset tummy.

Patrick: Must've been something that it ate. (Squidward opens the door)

SpongeBob: It ate Squidward!

Patrick: That'll do it.

Squidward: *sigh* I knew you two reprobates were behind this.

SpongeBob: Yeah! We're reprobates!

Squidward: That was an insult.

Patrick: And we're insulted!

Squidward: Why were you digging under my yard?

SpongeBob: You told us not to walk on your yard, so we walked under it.

Squidward: But you buried my house!

Patrick: No need to thank us.

SpongeBob knocks on the roof of one part of the tunnel, until it collaspes and blocks Squidward's front door) SpongeBob! (opens door)

SpongeBob: Hi, Squidward. (dirt comes running through the house and out the window)

Squidward: RRRRRRRRRRR!

SpongeBob: Yeow!

Squidward: I'm warning you: if you don't put my house back where it belongs by the count of three- (raises both hands, but realizes he is only holding up two, so he holds his nose up) Three, I am going to grind you into chum! One!

Patrick: AHHHH! He's counting, and he keeps on counting! Quick, SpongeBob! Dig for your life!

Squidward: Two!

Patrick: He's already at number two! Who knows how many numbers we have until he reaches three?

Squidward: THREE!!!!!!!!!!!

Patrick: *Gasp*! (SpongeBob and Patrick scream and start digging very fast, while Squidward is angrily chasing them. Because of the tunnels, many buildings collapse underground, like Squidward's, but faster. Cut to the Krusty Krab being buried)

Plankton: YES!!! Now the Chum Bucket is the only restaurant in town! (the Chum Bucket is buried underground at that moment) Nuts.

(the scene cuts back to the chase, with SpongeBob and Patrick trying to dig through a rock in the way)

SpongeBob: Must-dig! (makes sounds) Ohhh! The rock's too hard! (Squidward comes toward SpongeBob and Patrick. They scream and cuddle up together in fear)

Squidward: Youuuuu....twoooooo...morons....SUNK MY HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SpongeBob and Patrick: We're sorry!

Squidward: I'M GONNA- (rumble) Uh-oh... (suddenly, the whole city of Bikini Bottom sinks underground, including the sign. Scene cuts to possibly the next day)

SpongeBob: Ahhhh! (it is revealed that the whole town is digging, trying to reach the surface) Good morning Squidward! Another BEAUTIFUL day under Bikini Bottom!

Squidward: (picks up helmet and picket) I hate neighbors.

Curly tresses, goofy texture, (scratches inside wig) itchy scalp... (gasps) it's a wig! (walks over to Patrick's rock) Hi, Patrick. How do you like my new wig? 

Patrick: (screams then jumps on SpongeBob, pinning him to the ground) I'll save you. (jumps on SpongeBob's face) 

SpongeBob: Pa...trick...what are...you doing? 

Patrick: (starts punching the wig) I'm saving you from that brain-eating alien that's attacking your... (slams SpongeBob's head onto a rock) ...head! 

SpongeBob: Patrick, the only thing attacking me is you. 

Patrick: (stops) Oh, sorry. 

SpongeBob: It's ok. (Pat takes a bite out of the wig) Why did you do that? 

Patrick: (swallows and burps) Well, I thought it was a new type of cotton candy you wear on your head. 

SpongeBob: Well, it's not, but that is an excellent idea. 

Patrick: Then what is it? 

SpongeBob: It's my new look. I'm wearing a wig. 

Patrick: A wig? (laughs uncontrollably) Oh, boy. Don't you think that's a little silly? (in his pocket, an alarm starts to ring so he takes it out) Oh, man, it's time for my weekly condiment soak. (climbs into a tub and pours a giant jar of mustard on himself. Looks at SpongeBob) Do you mind? (scene cuts to SpongeBob walking down the street with his wig on) 

Fish #1: Nice wig. (chuckles) 

SpongeBob: Thanks. I am very fashionable today. 

Tina: Hey [[SpongeBob SquarePants|SquareFashion]], nice contour. 

SpongeBob: Why, thank you. 

[[Pilar]]: So then... (notices SpongeBob) Huh...? 

[[Peterson]]: Nice 'do, SpongeBob. (tries to contain his laughter) 

Pilar: Yeah, where can I get one? (Peterson and Pilar laugh) 

[[Sally]]: Whoa. That wig really suits you. 

SpongeBob: (walks up to Squidward, who is sleeping on the job) Hi, Squidward! 

Squidward: Ahh! Who? What? Where? What? How? 

SpongeBob: Notice anything different about me today, Squidward? Huh, huh, huh, huh, huh, huh? ...Huh? 

Squidward: Nope. 

SpongeBob: I'm wearing a wig.

SpongeBob: Wig away! (floats into the kitchen. While grilling some patties, he scratches his wig with the spatula and many hairs float down onto the patties. He puts one of the hairy patties on the bun) Order up, Squidward. (Squidward notices the hair on the Krabby Patty) 

Squidward: Mr. Krabs! (Mr. Krabs walks up to Squidward) I've served a lot of junk here, but a hair patty? 

Mr. Krabs: (walks into the kitchen) SpongeBob! 

SpongeBob: Yes, Mr. Krabs? (a lot of hairs come off the wig and into Mr. Krabs' eyes) 

Mr. Krabs: What in [[Davey Jones' locker]] is on your head, son? 

SpongeBob: Oh, that's my new wig, Mr Krabs. 

Mr. Krabs: Well, take it off. The hair's getting into the patty. 

SpongeBob: Take it off? But I can't, Mr. Krabs. My wig makes everyone so happy. 

Mr. Krabs: Happy? 

SpongeBob: Ever since I've been wearing it, everyone I see gets a big grin on their face. 

Mr. Krabs: I can imagine. 

SpongeBob: Oh, please let me keep it, Mr. Krabs. 

Mr. Krabs: Well, if it means that much to ya, you can keep it. But you gotta wear a hairnet. (takes one out) And if I see one more hairy patty, your wig goes in the dumpster. 

SpongeBob: (puts the hairnet over his wig then walks out with an order)

SpongeBob: Glad you like it. (chuckles) I'll see you later, Sandy. (walks up to a table and sets the tray on it) Two Krabby Patties and a side order of looking good.

[[Abigail Marge]]: Like to keep in style, huh? 

SpongeBob: You know it. 

Francis: Off to meet the queen, Sir Nerdlaroy? (subtitle version Off to meet the queen, Sir Nerd Leroy?)

SpongeBob: T=Uh, the name's SpongeBob and no, I am not meeting royalty. You must be referring to my regal appearance. (gets off balance with the wig and stumbles into the corner. Everyone crowds around him and laughs) Thank you all for your kind words. I wish I could give you such nice wigs. 

Jimmy: How 'bout a little off the top? 

Tom: Yeah, your wig is big enough to go around. 

SpongeBob: This isn't good. Everyone's getting jealous. (walks backwards towards the kitchen) Squidward, I'll be hiding in the kitchen if you need me. 

Squidward: Hide your shame, SpongeBob. Hide your shame. (scene cuts to Bigshot Records) 

Record Producer: Well, well, well, Ned and the Needlefish. Beat it, you're fired. (subtitle version Record Producer: Well, well, well, Ned and the Needlefish, beat it, you're fired.)

Band: Fired?! 

Band Member #2: But why? 

Record Producer: Ask [[Baldy McBaldyson]] over here. 

Band: Ned! (subtitles version All: Ned!)

Band Member #2: Good going, dude. 

Ned: I can't help it not having hair. 

Band Member #3: When we formed this band, it was for one reason and one reason only: to make a lot of money. And you not having hair is getting in the way of that. 

Record Producer: We are selling records not denture cream. (talking to Ned) Either you come back with hair or don't come back at all. (scene cuts to Krusty Krab at closing time) 

Mr. Krabs: (flips OPEN sign to CLOSED) Time to go home, boys. 

SpongeBob: (mopping with his wig) Almost finished. (puts the wet wig on his head. Shakes it dry and it goes back to its original shape) See, Squidward, it's functional, too. 

Squidward: It's about as functional as your brain. 

SpongeBob: (giggles) Thank you, Squidward. 

Squidward: That wasn't a compliment. This entire town is laughing at you! 

SpongeBob: I don't understand. 

Squidward: (holds a mirror up to SpongeBob) Just look at yourself. 

SpongeBob: Hello, handsome. (licks finger and puts it on the mirror) Sss. 

Squidward: SpongeBob, your head is twice as large as before. 

SpongeBob: Hmmm, I've never been tall before. 

Squidward: That wig is infested with parasites. (spiders crawl out of the wig and SpongeBob laughs) 

SpongeBob: That tickles. 

Squidward: Can't you see how ridiculous you look? 

SpongeBob: I think that it looks cool. 

Mr. Krabs: Hahahaha. You wouldn't know cool if I locked you in the freezer. (laughs) 

SpongeBob: For your information, Mr. Krabs, Squidward has locked me in the freezer, so I think I know what cool is. 

Mr. Krabs: Well, stop wearing that nasty thing to work. 

SpongeBob: But Mr. Krabs... 

Mr. Krabs: No "buts". 

SpongeBob: So I can't have a wig or a butt? 

Mr. Krabs: No, SpongeBob, it means until you get rid of that wig, get your butt out of here. (scene cuts to Sandy walking up to SpongeBob’s house) 

Sandy: I never got a chance to talk to SpongeBob yesterday. I was laughing too hard. (knocks on door) SpongeBob? (notices door is a little bigger) Huh? 

SpongeBob: Hi, Sandy. What do you think? (looks up at his wig, which has spiders crawling out it, then looks down to SpongeBob, who is making a kiddie face) 

Sandy: We need to talk. (scene cuts to [[The Reef]]) 

SpongeBob: Why would I want to get rid of my wig? Look at how happy it makes everybody. (everyone is laughing) 

Sandy: Well, it does attract a lot of attention. 

SpongeBob: I know. People just can't keep their eyes off of me. 

Sandy: Neither can I, SpongeBob. (they walk in to the theater. [[Scooter]] closes the door and laughs. Scene cuts to inside theater, where the movie is playing) 

[[Martha]]: It's true, [[Tom|John]], this isn't my real hair. I stole it. (takes her wig off. SpongeBob walks into the row with his wig blocking the screen)([[Thaddeus]], [[Nazz]] and Peterson are mad) 

SpongeBob: Oops. Pardon me. Excuse me. Pardon me. Pardon me. (Peterson sticks out his leg and SpongeBob trips over it. SpongeBob gets his wig stuck in some cheese on the floor. Gets unstuck but a soda is still in the wig) Hey, the wig broke my fall. (some popcorn falls from the top of his wig) Mmm, popcorn. (eats some then takes the soda in his wig and takes a sip of it) Ah, you always come through for me. 

[[Dale]]: Hey buddy, do you mind? 

SpongeBob: Shhh. It's very rude to talk during a movie. 

Sandy: Umm, SpongeBob? 

SpongeBob: You, too, Sandy. People are trying to watch the movie. 

Sandy: Well, they can't. Look, your stupid wig is blocking the whole screen. (captions read Fish: Take it off, jerk!) (Another one reads Fish 2: Yeah, take it off!) (Another one reads Fish 3: Yeah, down in front!) 

SpongeBob: People, return your attention to the movie. I know my wig is glamorous and exciting, but there is no need to start a riot. 

Scooter: That's a great idea! Let's start a riot. (everyone gets a pitchfork and some torches ready)

SpongeBob: I know. (walks over to the edge of the cliff and takes his wig off) I just want you to know that even though I didn't know you existed a few days ago, I can't imagine life without you!

SpongeBob: No matter what they say, you'll always be cool to me. (wig flies off) I'll never accessorize again. 

Sandy: You did the right thing, SpongeBob. (scene cuts to Ned walking down the street) 

Ned: Where am I gonna get some hair? My career is ruined. Ruined! (cries until the wig from before knocks him down on the ground and sticks to his head. He gasps) Can it be? It is! My wig. Yes! Victory is mine!! (scene cuts to SpongeBob walking down the street then notices everyone wearing wigs like the one he had) 

SpongeBob: Wigs. Wigs, wigs, they're everywhere! 

Debbie: Oh, he's got your hair.

Patrick: (without a wig on his head) SpongeBob. 

SpongeBob: Patrick! At least he's not wearing a wig. 

Patrick: Look at my new wig. (raises his arm and the wig is attached to his armpit) 

SpongeBob: Everyone's wearing wigs! Everyone! I'm starting to feel a little betrayed. Hey, you made fun of me yesterday. I thought powdered wigs were uncool. 

Fish #1: Yeah, they were. But look... (points to a billboard with [[Ned and the Needlefish]] wearing the same wigs) 

SpongeBob: Wow. Ned and the Needlefish, wearing my wig. So, I was cool before anyone else?

Squidward wants to watch TV. However, SpongeBob and Patrick keep asking him questions about the hot clarinet player channel. He made Squidward keep changing the channel. Finally, he gives up his TV time to watch his favorite [[Clarinet]] player to his most dismayed neighbors and go ride his bicycle. However, a cement truck loader carries him and the truck crushes him with lots of cement. The cement soon dries up and Squidward turned into The Thing and he ends up in Jellyfish Fields. There, Squidward complains about himself. He's hungry, lost, tired, and the only good thing he has is no SpongeBob. However, SpongeBob and Patrick are jellyfishing. Then, they spot The Thing. SpongeBob and Patrick think that The Thing is an endangered species. SpongeBob and Patrick decided to take Squidward home.The Thing tries to get back in his house but Patrick tells him that Squidward is in the house. In SpongeBob's pineapple house, they name him Smelly and soon Gary attacks him. SpongeBob and Patrick decide that Smelly should be Patrick's pet. In Patrick's rock home, Patrick wants to play ball catch with Smelly. However, its getting a ricochet, and soon it gets so angry that he throws the ball at Patrick. Patrick is suddenly very afraid and calls the Animal Control. The police arrive very quickly and catch the Thing at the Easter Island head. SpongeBob tries to defend the Thing but the police officers in the battle and they place Smelly in the zoo exhibit Unknown Species. SpongeBob and Patrick visit the zoo and think that it's not right for Smelly to live a miserable life being laughed at by people at the zoo. The people that laughed at it should be ashamed of themselves for making fun of Smelly. At nighttime, they get inside his zoo cage and try to free him. However, Interpol surrounds them and jump into the Thing's zoo exhibit to capture SpongeBob and Patrick. They run back inside the Thing's home cave and dive into a sewer hole while the police officers run through the sewer hole lid. While walking into the sewer, SpongeBob and Patrick find a mysterious rainforest with species that look exactly like the Thing.SpongeBob and Patrick decide to let the Thing live the animal species. The animal species carry the Thing to their home, and soon the Thing realizes that they live with the very hot clarinet player on television. Squidward decides to enjoy life, but soon the [[Clarinet]] music causes the Thing's cement skin shell to break, and Squidward is free but is still with the species.

*Squidward's alter ego as the cement covered squid name "The Thing" is a parody of the Fantastic 4 hero "The Thing", or probably a parody of the alien (The Thing) from the famous science fiction horror made in 1982 called "The Thing".
*This episode showed that Gary once attacked Squidward before, probably because Gary hated him after he didn't take care of him in [[I Was a Teenage Gary (Episode)|I Was a Teenage Gary]].
*SpongeBob is usually shown holding Gary after the vicious attack at The Thing. However, soon, Gary is not in SpongeBob's hand.

'''Canned Bread''' is bread packed conveniently in a can and is supposedly one of [[Squidward Tentacles|Squidward]]'s favorite things to eat. The can reads "Best Thing Since Sliced". When Squidward moves to Tentacle Acres, he is surprised to find out that Canned Bread can be bought at the local store. Canned Bread has so far been seen in two episodes [[Squidville (Episode)|Squidville]] and [[Atlantis SquarePantis (Episode)|Atlantis SquarePantis]] (seen in Squidward's painting).

The boxing of the food is almost identical to a can of soup and to a soda can, although it is labeled: "Canned bread" and there is a picture of the canned bread to the right. Canned bread can be bought at the grocery store, [[Full of Health|Full o' Health]], in [[Tentacle Acres]]. It can also presumably be bought at the [[Barg'n Mart]]. [[Atlantis]] is another place with Canned Bread. Squidward visits [[Atlantis]] with [[Sandy Cheeks|Sandy]], [[Patrick Star|Patrick]], [[Eugene H. ==Plot==
The episode starts out with SpongeBob jellyfishing in Jellyfish Fields. Suddenly, he spots a young squirrel wrestling with a giant clam. He takes out his field guide book and identifies her as a 'land squirrel'. SpongeBob thinks she is in trouble, and goes to wrestle the clam himself. The squirrel manages to escape the clam, but SpongeBob ends up inside of it. The squirrel then rescues SpongeBob and throws the clam out of the area. SpongeBob introduces himself and the squirrel says that her name is Sandy Cheeks. SpongeBob inquires about the helmet she wears and Sandy tells him that it is her air helmet. Not having any idea what ''air'' is, SpongeBob decides to tell her that he loves air in order to impress Sandy. Surprised that SpongeBob seems to like air, Sandy invites him to her 'Treedome' for "Texas tea" and cookies. SpongeBob quickly runs over to his best friend Patrick Star and tells him everything that happened. Patrick tells him that 'putting on airs' is fancy talk. He then tells SpongeBob if he wants to be fancy, he will have to hold his pinky finger high above him. 
When SpongeBob arrives at Sandy's Treedome, he goes inside noticing that the water level drops. He panics and tells Sandy about that fact who obviously is not very surprised. She does not realize that sea creatures need water to survive. Sandy then gives him a tour of her treedome, showing him that she has an oak tree, a bird bath, and other things. During this, SpongeBob quickly sneaks over to the bird bath, which is filled with water; he now knows he needs water to breathe properly. In the meantime Patrick arrives outside the Dome and still tries to convince SpongeBob to hold his finger above him. When Sandy comes back with a water-filled vase for the flowers SpongeBob brought her, the sponge cannot longer resist, drinks the water and runs to the door trying to escape. Patrick, misinterpreting the situation, thinks that SpongeBob is just shy and enters the Treedome in order to help his friend. After a moment he realizes that there is no water leading to both desperately trying to open the door. When Sandy comes back and sees SpongeBob and Patrick lying on the grass, she helps them by giving them water-filled helmets which supplies both with enoug water. In the end, Sandy proposes a toast to new friends and they drink their tea.

*This is the first 11-minute episode of the series.
*The bowls on SpongeBob’s and Patrick's heads have the opening up, while in all subsequent episodes (except [[Chimps Ahoy (Episode)|Chimps Ahoy]] and [[Squidtastic Voyage (Episode)|Squidtastic Voyage]]) the opening is down.
*When Sandy is filling SpongeBob and Patrick's helmets with water, she fills Patrick's first. However, you'll notice that SpongeBob is smiling with relief before Sandy fills his helmet.

==Plot==
Sandy invents a teleportation machine, which SpongeBob uses to travel directly to the Krusty Krab. Unfortunately, Squidward was at the exact same place where SpongeBob traveled to. SpongeBob and Squidward are mixed up together, with grotesque results. Squidward states that he has a clarinet recital tomorrow night. He begs and pleads with Sandy hoping that Sandy will invent a new experiment to separate them. After the applause from the audience Squidward decides he doesn't want to be defused. Sandy separates them and Squidward gets angry. He starts pressing knobs and buttons on the machine and ends up fusing everyone together. The episode ends when Squidward is asked by a therapist, "What seems to be the problem, Mr. Tentacles?" Squidward then replies, "It all started... When I was born." At which point the camera zooms out to show that everyone from the audience is fused together in a grotesque conglomeration and fell ill.

*Squidward's hair in his fantasy is similar to Kenny G's.
*The "being fused with a teleportation device" premise is taken from the movie, The Fly. But in this episode, the science fiction component is on fusing both bodies into one while '''The Fly''' focused on replacing body parts.

*This is the first episode to feature a pairing with Squidward and Sandy,
*In this episode, when SpongeBob and Squidward are mutated, Squidward uses SpongeBob's yellow arm to move and SpongeBob uses Squidward's green arm to move. But when they were seen going home Squidward opened his door with his own arm and at the end of the episode, before they go on stage, SpongeBob tells Squidward, "Now go out there and give them the best darn show they have ever seen," pointing with the yellow arm, not the green. Maybe they learned how to move either arm.
