==Plot==
SpongeBob goes to the beach with his best friend Patrick.On the bus ride there, Spongebob continously asks the bus driver "Out of all this people who do you think is my best freeeeeind?". After being driven mad the bus driver kicks them off to where they think is "the middle of nowhere". After realizing they are actually at the beach, they set off for some fun. At first, they play a friendly game of "small plastic disk that you throw" then shorten the name to "small plastic disc you toss" (i.e., Frisbee),then they accidentally destroying the lifeguard tower, Lou's ice cream stand, and upsetting beach goers in the process. The lifeguard orders them to find something to do that is less obnoxious: so they decide to build sand castles. SpongeBob tries to help Patrick build a sand castle, but he destroys Patrick's castle in the process.Patrick responds by destroying SpongeBob's sand castle.Then they're even. SpongeBob makes a dividing line in the sand so that they can each make their own creations without interfering with the other. Patrick is unable to respect the dividing line,and builds part of his castle over on Spongebob's side. Spongebob cuts off the that part of the castle, which makes Patrick mad and they end up destroying each other's castle. then the're even again. But now,it's war! SpongeBob and Patrick each build castles, warriors, and weapons out of the sand to attack each other, overdoing it in the processs. They fire missiles, send out armies, and in the middle of it, Spongebob gets Patrick to sign a treaty and "Bring peace to their land". Even so, as Spongebob turns around, Patrick launches a bomb on Spongebob, claiming "That treaty ain't worth the sand it's printed on. So now the war is back on. He even makes a general and consults him for a military strategy. During the battle Spongebob feels sorry for Patrick (who was hit by a missile) that he has been hurt but Patrick then doesn't care and starts fighting again. Things get so dangerous that fellow beach goers flee for their lives. SpongeBob and Patrick eventually hurt each other: both end up with black eyes and other injuries. When they realize that they went overboard, they make up. Spongebob goes on a long speech of the wrongs of the war. The citizens of Bikini Bottom are angered and make SpongeBob and Patrick clean up the whole beach.They have lots of work to do. But in the end, they have a contest to see who can clean up the beach the fastest. The rivalry starts again!

==Plot==
SpongeBob and Patrick are transported to medieval times through the sky after a freak jousting accident. When they are
in medieval times, SpongeBob and Patrick are sent to the castle of King Krabs where they are thrown in the dungeon. In there, they meet Squidward's ancestor Squidly later to be executed. While SpongeBob is about to be kill a giant dragon jellyfish breaks into the castle snatches pearl, and hurls king krabs into the guillotine about to kill spongebob. light shines on SpongeBob and Patrick meaning there the chosen one they have to go save Princess Pearl from the evil wizard, Planktonamor Squidly also comes with. when they go they set out they are all fitted with armour except Squiggly. when they reach the castle the Dark Knight (called medevil sandy by spongebob) starts attacking SpongeBob but SpongeBob uses his karate to knockout the dark knight unconscious. When the Dark night wakes up by patrick gargiling and spitting on her she goes with the group to save Princess Pearl. To get in the Dark knight asks to go in the guards say no so she says I need to go ask Planktonamor what punishment the prisoners deserve they are allowed entry. When there inside they have to climb heaps of stairs when they finally get to the top they are so tired they need water but [[Planktonamor]] throws the bottles away. SpongeBob distracts the evil wizard and the others free Pearl and she drops through the roof and lands at the bottom. The dragon zaps the group but when SpongeBob pulls out a Krabby Patty the dragon eats it and turns on Planktonamor by zapping him and the hero's return to the castle with Pearl. Squiddly then plays on his clarinet which spooks the seahorses into bucking spongebob and patrick off into the present they land back into the arena. SpongeBob then wonders if it was a dream but, it turns out it was completely real as Patrick shows a squashed Squidly.

*This episode is frequently referred to as '''Dungeons and Dragons''' by mistake.
*Bowling alleys never have been in medival times, but if this dream was true, there wouldn't be one.
*As descendants of Mr. Krabs and Plankton, King Krabs and Planktonamor were enemies but in [[Friend or Foe?]], Krabs and Plankton were friends when they were kids. then again it takes place way before krabs and plankton were born so it must of not been the case to their ancestors.
*This is the second ancient historical episode. The first was [[Ugh!]]
*In [[My Pretty Seahorse]], SpongeBob rode Mystery. However, in this episode, he says he does not know how to ride a seahorse. it probably takes place before this episode or he didnt know how to joust on a seahorse.

==Plot==
SpongeBob gets a new [[Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy Paddleball Set]] in the mail and decides to take the [[Dirty Bubble]] challenge by hitting the ball 29,998,559,671,349 times in a row. In doing this, he neglects to feed Gary for ten days. Gary then runs away from the pineapple, feeling neglected. However, when Patrick arrives, SpongeBob snaps out of it and cannot find Gary. Therefore, he searches his - and Squidward's - house to find him. However, in the mail he reads a letter from Gary (written in scribbles, somehow SpongeBob can understand it), saying that he has left in search of a new owner. SpongeBob starts to look everywhere, even Bass Vegas.

Meanwhile, a kind old grandma takes Gary in to her house and gives him a surname, "Miss Tuftsy". Love and food showered Gary while SpongeBob goes to work, depressed that Gary has not shown up. Mr. Krabs says, "Any problem you have can be solved with a little hard work," trying to encourage him to work. However, SpongeBob misunderstands him and takes the day off to look for Gary. He puts up posters and signs everywhere, in the hope of finding Gary.

Gary, at grandma's house, has been fed a lot and needs to go to the bathroom, so Grandma puts out fresh sheets, which are flyers given to her by Patrick. Gary reads them and knows that SpongeBob wants him back, but Grandma is making some meat loaf. Gary, looking for the exit, runs into a closet filled with dusty snail shells, which are empty. Grandma says that the meat loaf is not ready, so she offers Gary some cookies. Gary’s shell breaks and he gets fat because he ate too much. Because of this, the snails in the photo with grandma unanimously tell him to run! (suggesting that the grandma eats snails), and he does. As Gary runs for the exit, grandma says that if Gary does not want cookies, she will give him deviled eggs too. She chases him so she can "feed him up". However, Gary quickly finds a decoy; a snail on the street, which the grandma takes instead.

SpongeBob tries to forget Gary by taking a walk, but his memories of Gary upset him. The streets are filled with advertisements for Gary. SpongeBob then hears a meow - at first SpongeBob thinks he is imagining Gary's there, but when he turns round to find Gary at his side, he is overjoyed.

*Grandma seems to be a parody of the witch from Hansel and Gretel, since she constantly overfed Gary, grandma would eat him in which it constantly referenced.
*When Gary and Grandma are driving in the car, Grandma says, "Set phasers to fun!". The Crimson Chin from The Fairly Odd Parents said the same thing in the episode "Boy Toy".
"Set phasers to fun" could also be a reference to "set phasers on stun" from Star Trek.
*Clips are shown in the CGI 2007 film Alvin and the Chipmunks.

[[Mr. Krabs]] finishes painting a sign that says that the Krusty Krab is going to be open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Naturally [[Squidward]] is furious and SpongeBob is furious too, but only because he wants to start working earlier. He sees Plankton's sign on the Chum Bucket that says 'Chum Bucket open 23 hours'. Mr. Krabs makes the Krusty Krab open 24 hours. When Squidward hears it, he complains but SpongeBob is delighted. Mr. Krabs wrings a bell and announces that it is day 1 of non-stop service each day. Days later, Plankton calls and orders thousands of [[Krabby Patties]]. Each day SpongeBob makes patties and counts the patties. As the days go on different scenes fly across the screen including Old Man Jenkins saying "Hey, what the..." SpongeBob cannot do it and begins to think that everyone is a Krabby Patty. Mr. Krabs tells SpongeBob to see a psychiatrist. SpongeBob goes to the Chum Bucket because it says 'Dr. P. Lankton: Psychiatrist, specializing in Krabby Patty phobias'. Plankton tries to make SpongeBob say the Krabby Patty formula including arranging names of common kitchen ingredients, but not all methods work. Finally, Plankton hypnotizes SpongeBob and tells him to say the Krabby Patty formula when he wakes up. However, SpongeBob does not wake up when Plankton tells him to. SpongeBob is dreaming about a Krabby Patty. It gives him a cookie pizza and some chocolate milk so SpongeBob is not scared of Krabby Patties anymore. He wakes up, thanks Plankton and runs to the Krusty Krab. Mr. Krabs tells SpongeBob that the Krusty Krab will be open for 23 hours. After that, the episode ends.

*This is the first episode in 2005, and after [[The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie]].
*Even though this episode was nominated at the 2005 Prime Time Emmy Awards for Outstanding Animated Program, many fans believe this is the episode that started a downward plunge in episode quality.
*Ever since this episode and the movie, SpongeBob's voice has gotten much higher pitched.
*What happened to the 10,000 patties Plankton ordered? If they were delivered to the disguised Chum Bucket, Plankton could analyze them to find out the secret formula.
