== Patchy plot ==
Patchy, after ten years of wanting to meet SpongeBob, goes to Nickelodeon studios to meet his favorite idol. He waits at the gate. (hoping for SpongeBob) A security guard shows up and takes him to the casting room,Patchy then orders a shrimp cocktail. He sees something with celebrity phone numbers in it. His bad side (which is just Potty with horns and a cape) tells him to call, and his good side (Potty with an angel skirt) tells him not to. Patchy calls Rosario Dawson and she hangs because of his bad breath. He then decides to call Lebron James, but he hangs up because he has a game to attend to. He finally calls who he thinks is Tina Turner, but is actually Tina Fey. He decides to call Will Ferrell. He hangs up because he is supposebly going to host the 20th aniversery . The last person he calls is Craig Ferguson, his old friend from pirate school who tells him that Robin Williams is in the studio. Then, Robin Williams shows up and Patchy takes him to the green room. Patchy starts the show and the guests are: The 3 Point Fowl, The Guy on the Penny, The Queen, Pink, Sir Quentin and Mr. Tinder.SpongeBob is supposed to be there so Patchy goes looking for him. Later, Pink decide to rehearse and we hear some of their songs. Patchy finally gets to Bikini Atoll. He gets swallowed by a whale and he decides to go adead and show the outtakes and the rejected scenes. A film starts and Patchy tells us that SpongeBob started as a thought and that he was made into a primitive rendering. He then shows us a Patrick, Mr. Krabs and a Squidward version of the theme song. Then we see a 1920's Mickey Mouse cartoon style segment of SpongeBob going to work. Patchy gets spit out of the whale. He lands in the studio and he is knocked out. He dreams that he meets SpongeBob. He faints and the dream ends. The Guy on the Penny asks him if he is ok. Patchy says he will never meet SpongeBob and The guy on the penny lifts up his hat under it is a plush Sponge Bob,Patchy faints once again and the Patchy segments ends.

==SpongeBob Plot==
The Krusty Krab celebrates its "eleventy-seventh" anniversary, and Mr. Krabs plans to sell lots of Krabby Patties and has hired Patrick as a security guard,and leaving Sponge Bob and Squidward in charge of a hologram of the Krusty Krab showing the air ducks below.Mr.Krabs leaves Sponge Bob in charge of decorating. Spongebob has all the decorations ready, but when he takes the whole group into the freezer to show them the big Krabby Patty he made out of ice, it proves to heavy for them to pull, and Sponge Bob flies out, only to bounce back in,with the door closing and locking behind him. So SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, and Mr. Krabs accidentally get locked in the freezer before they have a chance to celebrate. While finding their way through air shafts, they look back at some memorable moments in their lives and tell each other shocking reveals, thinking that they will never get out. SpongeBob even almost reveals the secret formula in a flashback! Meanwhile, Plankton finally finds the perfect opportunity to steal the Krabby Patty formula! But, like any other episode, the formula fails to come out to the public. We will have to keep waiting.

==Plot==
The episode starts as a normal day at the Krusty Krab. Mr. Krabs goes to talk to Squidward when he sees everyone is drinking a shake, including SpongeBob. He tells Mr. Krabs about the drink called the "Kelpshake." So Mr. Krabs starts worrying about his restaurant and goes to see what mood Plankton is in. He does not know what is going on because he was sunbathing. Then the two starts worrying and they notice Kelp statements are everywhere so they both try to steal a Kelp Shake and discover what it made of. They go to a Kelpshake and they form a queue. Mr. Krabs pretends to cough and throws Plankton to the kitchen but he crashes on a door. That night they both try to enter but an alarm wakes up a guard worm that attacks them.

The next day the both of them buy a KelpShake and go to the Chum Bucket to analyze what it is made. Karen starts analyzing, but Plankton gets impatient and interrupts the progress of the analyzer. Then, Plankton and Mr. Krabs try drinking the kelpshake. That midday, SpongeBob appears covered by light green kelp. Then all Kelp restaurants are closed because of being unhealthy. Two Decontaminants revealed that it will take decades to get rid of the unhealthy toxic waste and they are sorry for whoever drank this. Then Mr. Krabs and Plankton gets light green hairy kelp all over their bodies. So Mr. Krabs gives Plankton a [[Krabby Patty]] and then actually chases him out of boredom.

[[Mr. Krabs]] finishes painting a sign that says that the Krusty Krab is going to be open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Naturally [[Squidward]] is furious and SpongeBob is furious too, but only because he wants to start working earlier. He sees Plankton's sign on the Chum Bucket that says 'Chum Bucket open 23 hours'. Mr. Krabs makes the Krusty Krab open 24 hours. When Squidward hears it, he complains but SpongeBob is delighted. Mr. Krabs wrings a bell and announces that it is day 1 of non-stop service each day. Days later, Plankton calls and orders thousands of [[Krabby Patties]]. Each day SpongeBob makes patties and counts the patties. As the days go on different scenes fly across the screen including Old Man Jenkins saying "Hey, what the..." SpongeBob cannot do it and begins to think that everyone is a Krabby Patty. Mr. Krabs tells SpongeBob to see a psychiatrist. SpongeBob goes to the Chum Bucket because it says 'Dr. P. Lankton: Psychiatrist, specializing in Krabby Patty phobias'. Plankton tries to make SpongeBob say the Krabby Patty formula including arranging names of common kitchen ingredients, but not all methods work. Finally, Plankton hypnotizes SpongeBob and tells him to say the Krabby Patty formula when he wakes up. However, SpongeBob does not wake up when Plankton tells him to. SpongeBob is dreaming about a Krabby Patty. It gives him a cookie pizza and some chocolate milk so SpongeBob is not scared of Krabby Patties anymore. He wakes up, thanks Plankton and runs to the Krusty Krab. Mr. Krabs tells SpongeBob that the Krusty Krab will be open for 23 hours. After that, the episode ends.

==Trivia/Goofs==
*This is the first episode in 2005, and after [[The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie]].
*Even though this episode was nominated at the 2005 Prime Time Emmy Awards for Outstanding Animated Program, many fans believe this is the episode that started a downward plunge in episode quality.
*Ever since this episode and the movie, SpongeBob's voice has gotten much higher pitched.
*What happened to the 10,000 patties Plankton ordered? If they were delivered to the disguised Chum Bucket, Plankton could analyze them to find out the secret formula.
*When the giant Krabby Patty in SpongeBob's dream says "I'll always be with you...right here" it pokes SpongeBob in the chest. You will also see that its finger is lit up. This is a reference to the movie E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, because E.T. did the same thing to Elliot in the movie.
*This is the first episode where things float across the screen to show time passage. A similar one is featured in [[Skill Crane]].
*Why would Mr. Krabs think Plankton was a spider? Spiders hang on web not on rope. Spiders occasionally hang on one web line.
