==Plot==
When Plankton is stopped by Mr. Krabs from stealing the [[Krabby Patty]]'s secret formula, Plankton pretends to be hurt after slipping on a wet floor. He threatens to sue unless Mr. Krabs gives him the formula, but Mr. Krabs obviously refuses. The case creates a large disturbance in [[Bikini Bottom]].

Mr. Krabs hires a lawyer, Richard A. Bottomfeeder, to help him out. Later, in Mr. Krabs' office, SpongeBob wants to read his speech to Mr. Krabs. However, Mr. Krabs makes SpongeBob a liability. As they prepare to leave for the court hearing, Bottomfeeder slips and falls, breaking his back. He gives SpongeBob his briefcase, saying, "The one thing you need to win this case is inside that case except for a suit." SpongeBob takes Bottomfeeder's suit and arrives late to the hearing, then dubs himself "SpongeBob LawyerPants."
When the first witness takes the stand, SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs realize that Bottomfeeder did not give him the lock combination for the suitcase. The case goes horribly wrong for Mr. Krabs, who is also trying to open the case along with SpongeBob. When Krabs says he is going to give up, SpongeBob gives a short sermon about going on. When he finishes, he hits the case lightly and it opens. They peer inside, only to find a Krabby Patty. Knowing how they can win the lawsuit, SpongeBob calls Plankton to the stand and subdues him with the Krabby Patty, eventually getting him to confess. Plankton then tries to steal the Krabby Patty, but quickly stopped. Even so, the jury goes into deliberation and finds Mr. Krabs "Not guilty (but still very cheap)." SpongeBob then gives Mr. Krabs a homemade "wet-floor" sign, riddled with nails and shoddy paint. Mr. Krabs accepts the gift, because it is free.

==Plot==
Before we begin, there is 3 different versions of the story, one by Mr. Krabs, one by Plankton and one by Karen. This is one of the stories...

===Patchy Segments===
Patchy The Pirate and Potty the Parrot are back and they are going to be part of the restaurant: [[The Poop Deck]]! However, Potty is dissatisfied with all of Patchy's burger dishes,patchy gets a tantrum, then they do not be friends anymore. But then, Patchy realizes that he doesn't like his own recipes either. Later, Patchy dicovers that Potty is the Assistant Manager,
and now the restaurant is running out of doggy bags (because the people don't like the food). Later, Patchy throws Patties at Potty
because he says that SpongeBob made a perfect patty on the first try while Patchy made a terrible patty. One of them hits [[Mr. Pirateson]] the owner of the restaurant. At the end of the episode Patchy claims that he took time off, but Potty says that he and Patchy got fired but Potty got a Golden Parachute. Patchy says they cannot replace him, but Potty tells him that they already did. When he finds out he got replaced by a Gorilla, he says "WHAT?! They let a Smelly Hairy Fleabag like that serve food!?" And the Gorilla then throws Patties at Patchy at the ending of the episode.

===Undersea Story===
When Mr. Krabs' story starts, it shows Plankton and Eugene being good friends and such. At school the kids there teased at them (I think the kids that teased at Plankton And Mr. Krabs learned their lesson that bullying is wrong). One day all the kids are at Stinky Burgers eating burgers. They always go down there for lunch. But one day it runs out of business because of food poisoning and shuts down. Both Mr. Krabs and Plankton decide to work there and make their recipe together. The next day, the customers come back and try the new burgers but they spit them out and chuck them in the bin. The two friends keep on trying, but the same thing happens. Eventually, they make best burger after Plankton slams the door while leaving after fighting with Mr. Krabs and the ingredients fall from a shelf into the pot with the "formula". This burger is later to be called the Krabby Patty. They fight over the formula, but because Plankton is so small, Mr. Krabs overpowers him, claims the formula, and later makes the Krusty Krab as a little miniature form of the restaurant that he could carry at school. (The formula is the thing that made Mr. Krabs and Plankton sworn enemies). Plankton then tells his side of the story. Plankton's computer wife bursts in and tells what ''really'' happened, as she was a security camera which recorded the fight. Plankton then steals the formula while nobody is paying attention and jumps on Karen, who is wheeling around in circles while Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob chase them.

*This is the first episode to feature main characters in true form in the title card(Mr. Krabs & Plankton), because they usually only use a background and letter fonts. The second episode to do this process is [[The Two Faces of Squidward]](Squidward). The third is episode was "[[What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?]]"The fourth was [[The Krabby Kronicle]](Both SpongeBob).
