Her name was revealed in the episode [[Good Ol' Whatshisname (Episode)|Good Ol' Whatshisname]]. She was once seen in the episode [[What Ever Happened to SpongeBob? (Episode)|What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?]] when [[Patrick Star|Patrick]] thought that she was [[SpongeBob SquarePants|SpongeBob]], which is odd. She also has cameos in [[SpongeHenge (Episode)|SpongeHenge]] and [[Sun Bleached (Episode)|Sun Bleached]]. Her boyfriend is Nat as seen in those pictures.

He likes to accompany his mom when she goes to the [[Barg'n Mart]]. He is not to be cofused with, [[Billy (Teenager)]].

Billy has 3 different appearances.

The first variation of Billy has brown skin. He wears a red shirt and a blue and yellow-striped beanie with a blue propeller on the top. This is the most common variation of Billy.

The second one has a yellow and green-striped shirt. He has green skin. This variation is only seen in the episode [[Pickles]] and [[Walking Small]], although it is also seen in other episodes with a non-speaking role.

The third one was in the episode [[Professor Squidward]], he was a teen (or adult) and his name was revealed when he wrote it on the chalkboard.

However, all of these Billys may be different people.

He usually wears brown pants with a black belt with a gold buckle and is a green skinned fish. Fred is seen in quite a few episodes as a backup character or a person in the crowd who talks or is in an angry mob (seen in a few episodes). His name was revealed in the episode [[Patty Hype (Episode)|Patty Hype]]. He is voiced by [[Doug Lawrence]]. Fred first appeared in the episode [[Reef Blower (Episode)|Reef Blower]]. He is usually the most closest to Nancy in cameo-places where there's a lot of important fish. A running gag is that he gets injured many times and yells "My Leg!"

In the episode [[Plankton! (Episode)|Plankton!]], he was blue colored. Fred also has many look-alikes in the episodes [[The Paper (Episode)|The Paper]], [[The Chaperone (Episode)|The Chaperone]], and others. At the [[Kelp Shake]] restaurant, he was annoyed by Mr. Krab's fake sneezing and saliva spitting. Fred may be a wealthy fish because he is one of [[Squilliam Fancyson]]'s friends, and he auctioned [[Eugene H. Krabs|Mr. Krabs]] for $1,000,000 for the Soda-Drinking Hat. Fred is always complaining about his body but at times he is very nice and enjoys being at the [[Krusty Krab]] and Shell Shack. Fred is a very depressed person since his leg never recovers, you find this out all those times when something goes wrong he screams "MY LEG!"

*In the episode "No Nose Knows", when [[Patrick Star|Patrick]] smells his pastries, he is heard with a high pitched voice. But at the [[Krusty Krab]], he had a normal pitched voice.
*In the episode Bossy Boots, when he drives past Squidward and asks him if he knows any places where he can get something to eat, Fred has an "elderly-sounding" voice even though he actually seems fairly young.
