Ray is a character in Employee of the Month.
Looks
He is VERY tan and runs his own "organic" tanning salon called Ray's Organic Tanning Salon. He is a fish that speaks "cool" and sits there getting more tanned.
Appearance
He wanted SpongeBob to get some cooking oil for him so that SpongeBob could get the sunscreen.
