Shell City is the city that SpongeBob & Patrick embark on a journey to so they can retrieve King Neptune's Crown there in 6 days. It actually is a gift shop owned by a Cyclops (who is actually a deep-sea diver who owns the place and makes souvenirs out of the creatures he finds). They sell sun-dried marine animals. Shell City is above water and only appeared in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.
