The Joy Buzzers are one of the pranks Frank sells at the Palace of Pranks. It consists of a bracelet that you tie to your hand with a button. Anyone that shakes hands with somebody wearing the Joy Buzzer presses the button and receives an eletro-shock. It was first tried by Patrick. Frank calls it "the Grandaddy of all Pranks".
Design
The Joy Buzzer is a gray bracelet with a red button in the middle that triggers the electro-shock.
