Barnacle Chips are nearly like normal chips in Bikini Bottom. You can see a large billboard of the Barnacle Chips in the episode Chocolate With Nuts. SpongeBob says that these chips are good in selling (they sell "millions of bags a day"), but they don't taste very well.
Looks
They appear to resemble normal chips. They are contained in a red bag reading "BARNACLE CHiPS". The billboard also contains a pink-ish starburst with "EAT" in it, a purplish one with "THEY'RE DELiCiOUS" in it, and what appears to be a fish wearing a magician's hat and cloak.
