Billy Bob Star is Sluggo and Herb’s father and Margie’s father in law. His wife is Maw Tucket. He is Patrick, Sam, and Gary’s grandfather. He was a part of the Seastar Tree. He just appeared in the episode Rule of Dumb on a map. He was a part of Gary’s and Patrick’s family. Not to be confused with Plankton’s cousin, who is also called Billy Bob.
