"Holographic Meatloaf" is a dish seen in the episode The Algae’s Always Greener. It is prepared by Karen for Plankton and may be the only meal she knows how to make, as indicated by Plankton’s displeasure at seeing it: "Oh, goody. Holographic meatloaf again!"
Given that it is a hologram, the nutritional value of the meatloaf is unknown. However, many real-life planktons gain energy from sunlight, like plants do. Considering how advanced Karen is, creating a hologram of UV rays is not too far-fetched.
