The Ice Cream King is a character who appears in the episodes Patrick’s Coupon, The Nitwitting and SpongeBob on Parade. He is voiced by Peter Browngardt.

He is a starfish like Patrick. He has more obvious spots, wears a crown, and has a cone for pants.

- In the German dub, he is voiced by Marco Kröger, the original German voice of Patrick. Kröger was fired in 2011 after a disagreement with Nickelodeon and was replaced by Fritz Rott.
