Divin’ Bell Dale is a character who appears in the episode "Demolition Doofus," the book Demolition Derby, and the episode "The Whole Tooth." He is one of seven characters who compete in the Demolition Derby.

He looks mainly like a submarine diver wearing a blue helmet, light blue clothes, and gray gloves. His boat also resembles a small, orange submarine, except it has wheels at the bottom.
