The High-powered Magnifying Glass is a magnifying glass made by Sandy. It just appears in the episode Spy Buddies. When SpongeBob and Patrick want to become spies, they go to Sandy to get some spy gadgets. Sandy then shows them lots of stuff including the High-powered Magnifying Glass.
Looks
It essentially resembles a typical magnifying glass with a brown border and handle.

Patrick: Can do! (pushes a button and Patrick grabs SpongeBob as they fly toward Plankton. Plankton jumps into a soda drink and puts himself out)
