Instead, she instructs him to choose from the officially approved menu, which consists only of terrible boiled meals. When SpongeBob begins to prepare one, she tells him that the food must be cooked in bags from the food depository.

Realizing how delicious real food can be, the lunch lady's mood shifts, and she immediately takes the students on a field trip to the Krusty Krab.
