Teddy is Squidward's prized teddy bear which he won from the Skill Crane. It is the first (and only) prize that Squidward wins from the skill crane. Squidward brags about it in front of Billy and Mr. Krabs.

Looks
It is nearly similar to Beary, SpongeBob's teddy bear, with a few minor differences. Squidward's teddy bear has less hair and it has small, black eyes.
