The alter ego of Santa Claus is an alter ego of Squidward. When Santa did not come for Christmas, Squidward disguised himself as Santa to keep him happy. This happened in Christmas Who?.
Looks
He looks like Santa with the exception of the big round belly, and the nose does not look like Santa's. He wears wintry clothes. And also wears a fake beard.
Attitude
As an alter ego of Santa, Squidward tries to be as cheerful as possible. But he can be annoyed real easily.
