Gill Hammerstein is a hammerhead shark who is the executive producer of Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy: The Movie in Lights, Camera, Pants!

He is a hammerhead shark and wears khaki pants with a belt. He also has a red collared shirt.
Attitude
In the console version, he seems quite nice and funny but in the PC version he seems neutral, and sometimes nasty because he shouts a lot.
