Sam is a character from the episode: Big Sister Sam. She is Patrick's big sister. She gets angry a lot when anyone makes Patrick sad or mad.

She looks like Patrick, but with muscles and is bigger. She has black hair and wears a purple two-piece bikini with green flowers.
Trivia
In the episode Something Smells, Patrick said he didn't have a sister.
