Gary Gulper is a character featured in Employee of the Month.
Looks & Attitude
He is a big gulper eel, with a "tail" in the back of him and his attitude is quite self centered and he wants to always give people autographs. He doesn't believe in Marlin the Weather Wizard (even though Marlin is real).
Job
He is a weatherman at WSEA TV in Rock Bottom. Because of the Megascreen 2000, they most likely don't need him. Gary could live in Rock Bottom (City).
