The Scottish Fish appeared in Patty Hype, where he had a plaid Pretty Patty and it left some of his body plaid. The Scottish Fish made another minor appereance with many other Scottish fish in a parade in SpongeBob's Last Stand.

He has normal Scottish clothes and he wears some bagpipes. He also wears a kilt.
