Planktopolis is a slave-run version of Bikini Bottom run by Sheldon J. Plankton and Karen in the The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. It is founded as part of "Plan Z."
Looks
Planktopolis is a brownish color and has many slaves that help Plankton build his statues, and put bucket helmets on the people without bucket helmets. The sky's gloomy colors are similar to the Shelly Superhighway construction scene in SpongeBob's Last Stand.
Destruction
When SpongeBob sings "Goofy Goober Rock," he frees the town from mind control, sends Plankton to jail and returns Bikini Bottom to its former state.
