SquidBob TentaclePants is that SpongeBob and Squidward are morphed together after the transportation accident. He appeared in SquidBob TentaclePants.
Looks
SquidBob has SpongeBob's normal head/body, while Squidward's head is sticking out of the upper right. SpongeBob's left arm and right leg are Squidward's.
Origins
SquidBob first appeared as two-halfs apart from each other. However, once a mistake with Sandy's creation happened, SpongeBob SquarePants and Squidward Tentacles become SquidBob TentaclePants
