Judge Whorace A. Whakoffer is a really fat-ass Judge only seen in The Krusty Splooge. He says he is a huge-ass (literally HUGE-ASS!!) SploogeBoob fan and his prized possession is his SploogeBob Brand Dildo, in which he inserted into his ass in this case.
