Trivia/Goofs
- If you listen closely, you can hear Patrick counting to 1000 in his head.
- This is the second time Spongebob and Patrick are seen big and strong. The first was in The Fry Cook Games.
- In The Fry Cook Games, Spongebob and Patrick are only strong in the end, and in this episode they're strong the whole time.
- Patrick said "Give me your best" to the trainer. Near the end, the trainer said "Give me your best" to Patrick.
- Patrick threw his weight on the ground, causing an exploding sound. It's either because of random sound effects or the fact that the weight is very heavy.
