[edit] Trivia
- The episodes were also included on the SpongeBob DVD Tales from the Deep; that DVD was released on the same day.
- "I Had an Accident" debuted as a never-before-seen, home video-exclusive episode on this release.
- This is the first VHS without Season 2 episodes.
- Tales from the Deep has no Season 2 episodes (neither this video nor Deep Sea Sillies had episodes from that season). This meant a majority of Season 2 episodes were featured on both the Tide and Seek and The Seascape Capers DVDs (the former disc also combined two VHS releases, in that case Laugh Your Pants Off and Sponge-A-Rama).
- This is the first VHS with a double-length episode and therefore the first to contain only 4 episodes.
- The name of this VHS, albeit without the exclamation point at the end, would later be used for a DVD release; both releases also had 5 episodes, including "Party Pooper Pants."
