- I think it’s important because if there is a new template or an important page, you can find it only in Recent Changes, eventually in Template:ImportantLinks. User advertising is a little section for users. If a user wants to promote something, it can be put in this template. Maybe this section isn’t good, but the wiki-news are very important.
