United Plankton Pictures, Inc. is an American film and television production company and a division of Nickelodeon Animation Studios (formerly Nicktoons Studios), founded by Stephen Hillenburg. It is the company responsible for SpongeBob SquarePants and its movies, as well as spin-offs Kamp Koral: SpongeBob’s Under Years and The Patrick Star Show. Its logo features crude drawings of Sheldon J. Plankton and his family holding hands (hence the company name).
