Kelpy G is a Squid that first appears in The Thing. He is a clarinet player that Squidward likes. His name is taken from a saxophone player, Kenny G. He is voiced by Rodger Bumpass. He gives public concerts, and also played at the forest for Smelly and the other of his type. Kelpy G can play the Clarinet very well and Squidward likes listening to his music. He is known to be friends with Squilliam Fancyson.

Kelpy G is a squid with long hair and wears an orange shirt with a red stripe on it. His hair is dark brown and Squidward possibly envies him for his hair.
