Toon Twister 3-D allows the player to make their own cartoons with SpongeBob, Rugrats, Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, and The Fairly OddParents! as well as directing and editing their cartoons, and even record their own voice.*

Plankton just made his own Toon Twister 3-D Animation Engine, registered trademark. (As he called it.) The player has to help him with his cartoons.
