The Shark Son is the unnamed son of the Shark Nerd and his wife. He appears in the episodes SpongeGuard on Duty and Say Awww!

He is a dark gray kid shark with large white teeth like his father's. He wears dark blue swim shorts.

He appears alongside his family at Goo Lagoon when SpongeBob tells all the beach goers that there are sharks in the lagoon.
