SpongeBob’s Grandson is the unborn grandson of SpongeBob. He just appears at the end of the episode The Great Patty Caper, in which SpongeBob retells him the story of what happened, although his grandson isn’t listening, because he was playing a video game. Everything happens 75 years after the episode’s events, hence why the grandson only appears at the end of the episode. His name is never outright mentioned, although it can be assumed that it’s SpongeBob SquarePants III.
