Man-Ray is one of the evildoers that causes destruction in Bikini Bottom, and the arch nemesis of Mermaidman and Barnacleboy. He and the Dirty Bubble always are stopped by Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. In the Episode: Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy III, SpongeBob and Patrick found him frozen in tartar sauce. Man-Ray once tricked SpongeBob and Patrick that he would be good if he became unfrozen. Then, after escaping, he tried to cause mayhem by robbing a bank, but he could not because he had the Tickle Belt (As seen in episode 17) on.
Also Barnacleboy, the Dirty Bubble and Man-Ray defeated Mermaidman, SpongeBob, Sandy, Patrick and Squidward in a battle where they did nothing and won.
