Snakey is a green male snake, taken care of by Sandy in the episode Wormy. She apparently just fed him a mouse which she refers to as "his dinner" after SpongeBob asks her what that lump in its belly was. Although the French Narrator calls the animals - including Snakey - "pets", it is more likely that they are part of a scientific research.
