Mr. Whiskers only appeared in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. He is a cat. We know his name because the Old Lady said "I’ll let you pet Mr. Whiskers". His meow is similar to Gary.

Since he is part of the Giant Fish, he is pink and white. He also can meow, which seems weird because tongues can’t talk. Also, why is he a cat when cats are replaced with gastropod in Bikini Bottom? SpongeBob and Patrick are known to be afraid of him, and the entire creature. If Mr. Whiskers were to escape the Giant Fish, would he survive on his own?
